Maxwell Himm came and gave us precise measurements for shades for our windows, and then installed them when they arrived at our home. Max is really a gem and we are lucky we were referred to him by Ublockout shades. He was responsive to each email I sent, and was able to get us scheduled for the work in a very timely fashion. When the shades arrived he brought them to our bedroom, unboxed them and did all the installation on four windows; he showed us how to charge the motorization feature; he showed us how he programmed the remote; and then gave us the demonstration - which resulted in that "wow" moment as ALL light was blocked from the windows when the shades lowered, just like the videos you've probably seen on Instagram or Facebook. The day after installation, Max reached out to see if everything was good overnight and if we had found any issues that needed to be addressed! I just cannot say how impressed we were with Max.
